To improve skin and overall health
Vitamin E is a super popular ingredient among the health community. Because not only does it support the immune system and boost overall health, it also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that improve the well-being of the skin.
Vitamin E is rich in antioxidants that can effectively fight the negative effects of free radicals, produced by the unhealthy food we ingest and the toxins from other environmental stressors. It also promotes fast cell turnover and regeneration, meaning it can help delay signs of aging including wrinkles.
If you want to experience the power of the #1 Vitamin E, try d-Alpha Tocopherol (Myra 400-E). This natural nutrient is made out of soybean oil which is a powerful antioxidant that helps remove harmful free radicals and promote cell and tissue renewal of the skin, lungs, muscles, and liver. It can also fight free radicals, repair damaged cells, and protect the healthy ones so you will always have moisturized and glowing skin throughout the day.
For a smooth, even, and glowy complexion
Dubbed as one of the best skin-loving ingredients on the market, Vitamin C is considered legendary for its amazing benefits. The continued use of Vitamin C can help prevent dark spots or hyperpigmentation from forming. Studies have shown that it can impede the production of melanin, the brown pigment that gives the skin its color. It’s a superior brightening agent that works to fade spots without altering the normal skin color.
To help visibly minimize enlarged pores
Vitamin B3, or more commercially known as Niacinamide, can be used by all skin types, but especially if you have eczema or mature skin. This nutrient can help your skin grow a ceramide or lipid barrier that retains moisture. In turn, niacinamide can also regulate the amount of sebum or oil the sebaceous glands produce, which is an important factor for individuals who are plagued with inflammatory acne.
For extra moisturization
If you’re all about keeping the skin soft, smooth, and healthy, look for Vitamin B5. It can plump up and moisturize the topmost layer of the skin which can make it look fuller and younger. How? It helps keep the skin quenched by absorbing moisture from the air!
To help reduce oiliness
Vitamin B6 aids in the increase of red blood cells, cell production, and protein metabolism – all of which assist in the growth and repair of the skin cells. It can also help regulate the hormone irregularities that cause acne flare-ups, leaving you with calm, clear, and fresh skin. Only P13.00 SRP per capsule.

hi, is myra e can treat hormonal acne?
Hi, Angel! Myra is an antioxidant. It helps strengthen your immunity while keeping your skin healthy from within! However, it does not necessarily help with pimples, acne, or scars resulting therefrom. Thanks!
I accidentally took 3 capsules of Myra E (400 IU per capsule) today. I forgot that I took early in the morning upon waking up. I took another capsule right after lunch meal coz I forgot that I already took one in the morning. And then, mindlessly took another capsule in the evening when I was about to sleep coz of habit of taking some of my vitamins in the evening before bed along with myra e. This is the first time I took these many capsules of myra e in a single day. I usually take one capsule a day only. What should I do? 😭
Hi, Carla! It's best not to take three capsules as that would result in high IUs of vitamin E. Thanks!
Is this okay with the maintenance person?
Hi, Rizzalyn! While vitamin E is generally nontoxic, we nonetheless recommend getting in touch with your doctor if you have a preexisting condition. Your doctor is in the best position to advise what is most suitable based on your age, health status, and nutritional needs.
