Hi, Agatha! It’s best not to take two capsules as that would result in high IUs of vitamin E. Please follow the advised dosage of only one (1) capsule a day for Myra E (300IU/400IU) capsules. You may take it in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on your preference.

Hi, Jean! Please be advised that Vitamin E is relatively nontoxic and is usually tolerated by most adults without undesirable effects.
But high doses of Vitamin E on a daily basis for prolonged periods have occasionally been associated with increasing bleeding tendency in vitamin K-deficient patients such as those taking oral anti-coagulants.
