Hi, Jae! The advised dosage for Myra E (300IU/400IU) capsules is only once (1) a day and must be taken regularly. You may take it before or after a meal in the morning, at noontime, or in the evening, depending on your preference.
If you’re referring to applying the oil of Myra E on your face in the evening, it’s best not to take two capsules as that would result in high IUs of vitamin E.
If you mean to use Myra Facial Moisturizer, it’s okay.
