Hi. Nagte’take po ako ng Myra E 400 IU capsules and sabi po ng mga nakapaligid sakin like family and friends, mas nagiging blooming daw po ako at nabawasan ang pagiging stress-looking ko. While it is possible for some to have pimples at first, we recommend that you stop use if symptoms persist, and report it to us. Also, it would be better if you use Myra Facial Wash in the morning and at night to cleanse the dirt and oil on your face which causes further pimples.

Hi, Awra! You may still take the Myra E capsule (400E or 300E) even if you are exposed in a hot/humid environment. We suggest you try Myra skincare products such as Myra Classic Whitening Vitamin Lotion which has UVA/UVB protection against sun damage, or Myra Whitening Plus Vitamin Lotion which has SPF 15 to protect skin from harmful effects of the sun.
