You may also want to use the Myra Lotions or moisturizers on the in-between days. However, we would still recommend that you take it once daily to get the best results.

   1. Hi, Gina! We do note recommend taking Myra 400E and Myra Ultimate on the same day, but you may take them on alternating days. Also, it is best to consult your doctor first before taking any vitamins/supplements, Myra included.

      As for dosage, you may take Myra E before or after a meal in the morning, at noontime, or in the evening, depending on your preference. Myra Ultimate, on the other hand is best taken at night, before bedtime.
