    1. Hi, Gems! It’s best not to take two capsules as that would result in high IUs of vitamin E. Please follow the advised dosage of only one (1) capsule a day. You may take it in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on your preference.

  2. Hi! Im noron mag effect din po ba ang Myra pag may iniinom na ibang medicine kasi po may mentainace ako para sa diabetis ko. Nag ti take din po ako ng vitamin c.

    1. Hi, Noron! Myra capsules can work on their own therefore, there is no need to take other vitamins. However, if you wish to do so, you may.

      Although while vitamin E is generally nontoxic, we nonetheless recommend getting in touch with your doctor if you have a preexisting condition. Your doctor is in the best position to advise what is most suitable based on your age, health status, and nutritional needs.
