There are no clinical studies yet which prove that there are side effects when you stop using Myra. If you experience any adverse effects, kindly consult your doctor and inform us of this. Please also take note that continued use of Myra capsule is needed in order to maintain that skin na kapansin-pansin.
Also, you may take Myra E (300IU/400IU) for your age. They are formulated for people aged 18 and above. No age limit has been specified.
