Hi, Pat! The advised dosage for Myra E (300IU/400IU) capsules is only once (1) a day and must be taken regularly. You may take it before or after a meal in the morning, at noontime, or in the evening, depending on your preference.
Also, the Myra E capsules are formulated for people aged 18 and above. No age limit has been specified.
