Hi, Tan! It’s best not to take more than one capsule of Myra 400E as that would result in high IUs of vitamin E. Please follow the advised dosage of only one (1) capsule a day for Myra E (300IU/400IU) capsules. You may take it in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on your preference.
