Hi, Joy Ann! The advised dosage for Myra E (300IU/400IU) capsules is only once (1) a day and must be taken regularly. You may take it before or after a meal in the morning, at noontime, or in the evening, depending on your preference.
Hi. I actually have a bottle of myra e. But its already expired this Jan 2022. I just want to know if its still safe to intake. Even though its already 3 monts past its expiry?
