Hi, Laiza! We do not advise taking Myra and Lactezin at the same day as they both contain high IUs of Vitamin E already. We recommend taking Myra and Lactezin on alternate days instead. Meanwhile, you may take Myra E with other vitamins/supplements as long as they do not contain anti-coagulant/blood thinning properties.
