Hi, Marybeth! Please be informed that UAE/Dubai has strict guidelines that state that ingestive products or drugs sold there can only have a maximum shelf life of 36 months/3 years maximum. This explains why products purchased in UAE are listed to expire after 3 years. For products available in the Philippines, the expiration is 4 years.
