Hi, Jenelyn! We do not advise taking Myra and Lactezin at the same day as they both contain high IUs of Vitamin E already. We recommend taking Myra and Lactezin on alternate days instead. Hope this is clear. Thank you!

(1) Myra 300E is made from nature-derived vitamin E while (2) Myra 400E is made from natural vitamin E, consisting of vegetable oils, nuts, grains, and natural elements.
