Hello, I started taking these when I was 19 then I stopped. Recently, I got back on it but after taking it again I started having acne breakouts. Should I stop taking these? Does Myra-e have to do with the sudden acne breakouts? Because I haven’t had breakouts even in my puberty stage ever.
Hi, Kris! Myra capsules are made from the antioxidant vitamin E which helps get rid of the free radicals in the body. While it is possible for some to have pimples at first, we recommend that you stop use if symptoms persist, and report it to us. Also, it would be better if you use Myra Facial Wash in the morning and at night to cleanse the dirt and oil on your face which causes further pimples.
I am taking myra e for 5 days now and I observed that my pimples are coming out, is this normal or is it possible that this will stop while continuing the myra e?
