Hi. I am 45 y/o and taking sodium ascorbate with zinc. Is it okay to take Myra E together? And if so which is best 400 iU or 300 iU? Additionally, I have read an article about taking 400 iU is a high risk of death; I’m not taking any medication though just a Vitamin C with Zinc that I mention above. You may take Myra E with other vitamins/supplements as long as they do not contain anti-coagulant/blood thinning properties.
