    1. Hi, Rsocell! For breastfeeding mothers, it’s best to consult your obstetrician-gynecologist first before taking any vitamin, including Myra capsule. Your doctor is in the best position to advise what is most suitable based on your age, health status, and nutritional needs.

    1. Hi, Aries! The advised dosage for Myra E (300IU/400IU) capsules is only once (1) a day and must be taken regularly. You may take it before or after a meal in the morning, at noontime, or in the evening, depending on your preference.

  1. I’m 18 yrs old and its my first time to take myra-e, what do you think is best for me Myra-E 300 I.U or 400 I.U? I am also taking hormonal contraceptive pills.

    Thank you!

    1. Hi, Luci! Myra 300E is made from nature-derived vitamin E while Myra 400E is made from natural vitamin E, consisting of vegetable oils, nuts, grains, and natural elements. They are both formulated for adults age 18 and above. Although the two have different types of vitamin E, both can still give you #BeautEwithEmmunity. It is up to you to choose which of the two you prefer to take.

Also, you may take Myra E with pills as long as they do not contain anti-coagulant/blood thinning properties. Should you have any more doubts, we think it’s best to consult your doctor who is in the best position to advise what most suitable based on your age, health status, and nutritional needs. Thanks!

    1. Hi, Rc! Men may also use Myra E. Just like women, men are equally exposed to harmful chemicals, also known as free radicals.

If you have any misgivings, it’s best to consult your doctor first before taking any kind of vitamins because they are in the best position to advise what is most suitable based on your age, health status, and nutritional needs. Hope this helps!
