can I take both Myra E 400 and Myra ultimate together?
Hi, Renzo! We do not recommend taking Myra E and Myra Ultimate on the same day, but you may take them on alternating days. Also best to consult your doctor before taking any vitamins/supplements, Myra included. Hope this is clear. Thank you!

Hello,I’m 68 years old and I had been taking your products MyraE when I was only 45, I start with Myra 300 and after 5yrs I change it to Myra 400 and when I reach the age of 65 I’m now using Myra Ultimate, with out consulting physician ,taking also some other vitamins, but I’m okay, really I look younger than my age…I would be 69 yrs.young 😊young this coming August 7 my birthday I’m so grateful to God ,and Myra 🙏❤️❤️
