can i take myra e 400 iu even on an empty stomach
Hi, Marinella! While there are no clinical studies that prove whether or not vitamins can be taken with meals or not, we would advise to take it after meals for best absorption.
Please take note that the advised dosage for Myra E (300IU/400IU) capsules is only once (1) a day and must be taken regularly. You may take it before or after a meal in the morning, at noontime, or in the evening, depending on your preference.
