It is safe if i take myra capsule for vitamins and im just 17 …..?
Hi, Mary ann! The Myra E capsule is suitable for people who are 18 and above. As vitamin E is usually tolerated by adults, and given that you’re still very young, we highly encourage you to use our skincare products first and wait until 18 to take the capsule. Hope this helps!
