Is Myra still effective even if taken once every 2 days?

If there are no specific directions from your doctor and if you are taking only taking Vitamin E for maintenance of good skin, then taking it once every 2 days is okay. You may also want to use the Myra Lotions or moisturizers on the in-between days. However, we would still recommend that you take it once daily to get the best results.
